1. JIM: What are and
have been your musical influences?
JEROME: We have been influenced by alot of music: Beatles,
Bee Gees, Nirvana, Cocteau Twins, My Bloody Valentine,
Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, The Verve, Oasis,
Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, Beach Boys...oh I can go on
and on...
2. JIM: Do you consider
yourselves ministers, entertainers, or both and why?
JEROME: I consider myself a musician. I was never called
to be a preacher or anything of the sorts.Unfortunately
I'm not gifted in that field. I love doing music and
performing it for others.I guess in that sense you can
call me an entertainer. I also love the Lord with all my
heart and soul and whenever an opportunity arises that I
can share that love to others, I will do it.
3. JIM: How does constant
touring effect your spiritual life?
JEROME: Touring drains you spiritually because you don't
get constant spiritual renewal on a regular basis. You need
that fellowship with your local church, at least I do. One
good thing about touring though is that you meet
extrordinary spiritual people that you wouldn't have met
before...and yes, we do get blessed by the people that
come to our shows and encourage us and pray for us...Thank
you...you know who you are...
4. JIM: What are your most
favorite bands to tour with?
JEROME: The cool thing about touring with other bands is
that we get to hang out with them and get to know
them....we've toured with alot of bands and most of them
are just plain awesome (7day Jesus, All Star United, The
Insyderz, Plankeye, Stavesacre...)
5. JIM: If you couldn't make
music, what would you be doing?
JEROME: Probably work in a government agency that
investigates weird phenomenon around the globe...always
making sure I have my trusted cell phone with me...you
never know when I'll need it...
